Role Description:
Agile Coach is responsible for supporting our organisation in implementing and enhancing our Agile practices. As a key member of our team, we will work closely with various departments to improve project delivery, team collaboration and overall organisational agility.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) *
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large-scale agile transformations
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (eg, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or equivalent certification.
- Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMF-ACP) is preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)
- Background in software development or IT project management knowledge
- Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of an organisation
- Experience in change management and organisational development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Lead the design and implementation of agile transformation strategies across the enterprise.
- Coach executives, managers, and teams on agile principles, practices, and mindset.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
- and retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and team performance
- Develop and deliver agile training programs for various levels of the organisation
- Assess team and organisational agile maturity, recommending improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with all departments and functions to ensure consistent agile.

- Monitor and report on the progress of agile transformation initiatives.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and emerging agile methodologies.
