The Senior HRBP will take a lead role in HR projects, contribute to talent development at all levels, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies/regulations.

Partnership & Advanced Advisory:
- Serve as a lead partner to assigned logistic centers, influencing decision making at senior levels and proactively contributing to the overall HR strategy with a focus on business challenges.
- Provide expert advice and consultative HR solutions, acting as a primary point of contact for people issues and organizational development initiatives.
- Act as an employee advocate and provide HR business partnership to site and departmental leadership teams to drive staff engagement, talent retention, and high potential development.
- Guide the headcount planning/execution process for assigned areas, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Proactively initiate and leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights that contribute to business progress, strategic planning, and forecasting.
- Lead the implementation of performance management to cultivate a consistently high performing culture, including coaching leaders on performance optimization.
- Drive HR initiatives and projects for the assigned LC’s/populations, including contributions to recruitment process ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Co-implement talent development and management programs, including transfers, talent rotation, and development initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to senior team members and managers, specifically addressing leadership and team development needs.
- Oversee and enhance a healthy organizational climate, ensuring the efficient execution of established human resources policies and procedures, often leading policy refinement initiatives.
- Manage and provide guidance on day-to-day operational HR work, including cases related to attendance, leaves, and payroll variable calculations.
- Act as a primary liaison with the HR Head Office team for critical employee requests and inquiries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance of HR practices with all legislative, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and guidelines, often acting as a subject matter expert in compliance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks within the assigned LC’s.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A relevant advanced professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years specifically in a dedicated HR Business Partner role, preferably within a large, complex organization or a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- Extensive proven experience in partnering directly with various levels of management to develop and deliver HR solutions that directly impact business objectives.
- Demonstrated advanced track record of successfully leading and managing employee relations cases, driving comprehensive performance management cycles, and implementing talent development and retention initiatives.
- Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercise sound judgment, and provide strategic counsel on sensitive HR matters.
- Experience in leading cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
