Senior Executive

To oversee and manage the Mechanical works’ design, construction and delivery phases of the project. This includes coordinating and leading all the mechanical concept and detailed mechanical design phase, contracting, construction, commissioning and delivery aspects based on best-in-class standards and quality requirements.
The Sr. Mechanical Engineer shall support in the preparation of the detailed project’s construction scheduling, and ensure the execution and completion of the project’s milestones as per MTS and regulatory requirements. He shall ensure that the mechanical design is conforming to the applicable regulations and matching MTS requirements. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for the coordination of the execution of mechanical works with other construction activities.
The Sr. Mechanical Engineer shall coordinate with the Document Controller to ensure the proper communication of all the mechanical EPC documents and ensure that the latest and updated copies are available to the project team.

QUALIFICATIONS

BSc. Engineering (Mechanical).
15+ years of proven work experience in EPC projects, out of which at least 5 years in similar post.
Familiarity with EPC projects, including previous experience in similar Administrative buildings. Previous experience in Administrative Capital projects is plus.
Ability to negotiate agreements with Contractors and Consultants.
Ensure the compliance with safety regulations during the construction stage.
Ability to use Design and Construction software (AutoCAD, BIM)
