Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of digital and print design assets, including motion graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support senior designers in layout design, branding, and campaign execution.
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
- Edit and animate simple motion graphics using After Effects under guidance. In addition, presentation files with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Prepare files for production, print, and digital delivery.
- Illustrate or sketch rough concepts when needed for creative exploration.
- 1–3 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house), not fresh grade.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,) Microsoft Office specially PowerPoint, and other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
- Strong visual sense with a good understanding of color, layout, and typography.
- Comfort with sketching or drawing is a plus.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to take feedback and learn from peers and seniors.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (digital, branding, print, etc.).
- Interest in animation and 3D design.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, DALL·E, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of basic print production and file setup.
