Senior Executive

To oversee and manage the Mechanical works’ design, construction and delivery phases of the project. This includes coordinating and leading all the mechanical concept and detailed mechanical design phase, contracting, construction, commissioning and delivery aspects based on best-in-class standards and quality requirements.
The Sr. Mechanical Engineer shall support in the preparation of the detailed project’s construction scheduling, and ensure the execution and completion of the project’s milestones as per MTS and regulatory requirements. He shall ensure that the mechanical design is conforming to the applicable regulations and matching MTS requirements. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for the coordination of the execution of mechanical works with other construction activities.
The Sr. Mechanical Engineer shall coordinate with the Document Controller to ensure the proper communication of all the mechanical EPC documents and ensure that the latest and updated copies are available to the project team.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
15+ years of experience in EPC projects, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
Strong experience in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems design/execution.
Experience in administrative/commercial buildings projects; New Administrative Capital projects are a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRAC/CRAH systems.
Hands-on experience FM-200 / Novec 1230 systems.
Knowledge of energy efficiency standards such as LEED and WELL.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), HAP, and Trace 700.
Ability to review shop drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with international codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
