Job Summary:
As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring strong Technical & Non- technical talent across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end recruitment, build a healthy talent pipeline, and support continuous improvement of the TA process.
Job responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, Boolean search, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical capabilities, soft skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment workflows in the ATS.
• Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and online talent outreach campaigns.
• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and university/tech community engagements.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and market insights for the TA team and hiring leaders.
• Stay up to date on labor market trends, tech hiring best practices, and competitive intelligence.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min. of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to technical hiring.
• Solid understanding of common technical & Non- Technical roles, skills, and technologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and modern recruitment techniques is an advantage.
• Experience in employer branding or social media recruiting is a plus.
